Who we are

A studio that builds products, not websites

FlowDev started in 2021 as a small studio building websites. Today we're a team of 9 — engineers, UI/UX designers and product people — building Android and iOS apps, SaaS platforms, and AI automation for businesses. The shift wasn't a marketing decision: clients kept coming back with real problems, and real problems need software, not a template.

We work differently from both ends of the market. A large studio will sell you a three-month discovery phase and a six-figure budget before you've seen a single screen. A freelancer will build fast and disappear. We start with a focused MVP you can launch in weeks, test whether demand exists, and only then build upward — once there's data justifying the spend.

What we're not: a marketing agency, a template shop, or a vendor that locks clients in. At the end of every project you choose whether to stay with us or take the entire codebase and be independent — at no extra cost.

    Spec before code

    We break the idea into user flows and decide explicitly what ships in v1 and what waits. Most of the money in a software project burns on things that got built and shouldn't have.

    Weekly sprints

    Every week ends with a live demo you can click. No 'we'll get back to you in two months', and no surprises at the end.

    Launch early

    We ship the moment there's something that solves a real problem, and learn from real users instead of assumptions.

    Your code

    Full ownership of the code and IP, in writing, from day one. Ongoing maintenance is an option — never a condition.
