CTO at FlowDev
I'm Evyatar Adler, CTO of FlowDev. We're an Israeli studio building Android & iOS apps, SaaS platforms and AI automation for businesses — and I own the technical decisions: architecture, stack, specification, and what a project looks like from day one through launch.
After 50+ projects I still believe the hard part isn't the code. It's the decisions before it: what ships in v1 and what doesn't, when to build custom versus buy off the shelf, and how not to pay twice for the same thing. Most projects that fail don't fail because a feature was missing — they fail because too much was built before anyone checked whether demand existed.
On the FlowDev blog I write exactly what I tell clients in meetings: real numbers, real price ranges, and where the problems actually hide. Some articles are written by our team and reviewed by me — that's marked on every article so it's clear who wrote what.
